El Nido (The Nest) is a collection of three refined luxury apartments created for guests who value design, discretion and a sense of place. Combining the aesthetic and attention to detail of a boutique hotel with the comfort, privacy and ease of a beautifully curated home, El Nido offers a quietly luxurious way to experience Seville.

Located on Calle San Luis, directly opposite the Iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses in the heart of the historic Casco Antiguo, the building has been thoughtfully reimagined by two Seville-based architects renowned for their sensitive approach to historic restoration. Their work carefully preserves the soul of the original structure while introducing contemporary comfort and clarity of space.

Each apartment celebrates Seville’s classical architectural language — exposed brickwork, generous ceiling heights and wrought-iron detailing are retained and subtly elevated. These historic elements are complemented by original artworks, refined furnishings and modern amenities, creating interiors that feel both timeless and deeply comfortable.
